Company policies

Affordable Marktag Appliance Policies :

1. There is NO charge for phone advice. ( please think of us for parts purchases and future service calls )
2. All estimates are done in good faith. If we find something else wrong with the product while repairing it, we will contact you to discuss it.
3. All Affordable Marktag Appliance Repair repairs are covered by a 6 month parts and labor guarantee. Parts not repaired by us are not covered under our warrantee.
4. In shop repairs have a $40 min charge, which includes recycling if appliance not repaired.
5. We give a reminder call when on our way to your home for service calls. If no one is home when we arrive, we wait 15 min. before leaving a note to re-schedule call.
6. Household pets are enjoyed. We are pet lovers and have dog treats with us. We try to get the owner's OK before giving treats. If your pet is dangerous, please have it locked up, or in safe area.
7. All repairs must be paid for before the item is returned.
